I had always wanted to try yoga, but wasn't sure if it was the class for me.  I decided to give it a try while my son was at baseball.  After one class with Jana, I was hooked.  She is a wonderful teacher and her class is very welcoming.  She provides modifications for those of us new to the class as well as more challenging poses for when you're ready.  Her cueing is on point and easy to follow allowing you to remain focused and centered while you move through the poses.  If you're sitting at home and wondering if now is the time to try yoga or you're looking to return to a class, I highly recommend giving Jana's class a try.

I would highly recommend The Barn Yoga for participants of all levels. I have always enjoyed yoga and this was a great way to get back into it and introduce it to my son, who ended up loving it. Yoga helps his flexibility and recovery time after hard workouts and it gives me the peace of mind and refreshed spirit that I need.  The instructor is very friendly.  She adds the perfect amount of intensity and is great at teaching you to adapt a pose to best fit your level. It really is a total mind and body workout.  The perfect combination of strengthening, stretching and relaxation.
